As always, at Professional Transcription, we strive to stay abreast of the latest technology in order to service our clients in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.   We provide all of your dictation equipment, i.e., Olympus recorders, and/or 24- hour phone in dictation system.  This eliminates any cost to you for the means of recording. 

We have two methods of processing voice recordings. 

1.       Manual upload of dictation through PTS transcription upload program and/or Phone in system that processes automatically to us.

2.       Through Insync which will run in the background on your computer and automatically send dictation to us and/or Phone in system that processes automatically to us.

We have two methods of processing completed dictation.

1.       Manual download by the physician or the office staff.

2.       Through Inquiry, which allows you to view, edit, electronically sign, and process your transcriptions.  The transcription can then either be printed or exported to an EMR.
